Missing model numbers, June 23, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Quantum Tour Edition PT Baitcast Reel (Sports) Strangely for Amazon the description doesn't contain model numbers and is unclear. But if you order the "right hand" model and the larger (135 yds) size you get model TE100SPT. You can deduce the other models from this information. The brake contains the externally adjustable centrifugal brake and a friction brake. The combination is easily controlled. Although I have only used the reel for a few weeks (with fluorocarbon line) it has been great. I had an older Quantum that I used extensively before it was stolen from my garage. Bought a Revo to replace it but wasn't happy with the brake. This new Quantum So far appears to be better.

They are smoother, lighter, have a better drag and better cast control system. I thought I would never say something like this: Shimano, please look at what your competitors are doing, better reels with fair prices.
